Job summary

SUN Education Group is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to collaborate with the Product Manager on selecting universities and expanding our partner portfolio. You will address partner demands, negotiate agency agreements with incentives, and monitor sales progress across institutions.

You will also train student counselors and occasionally visit branches to sustain relationships with international partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major; overseas graduates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the education or overseas education industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, mature, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Comfortable working with international partners and internal sales/marketing teams.
• Willing to work Full WFO in Meruya, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager to select university partners and expand the portfolio.
• Represent management in addressing partner demands and issues.
• Negotiate agency agreements and set feasible targets with incentives.
• Monitor sales progress and prioritize activities for partner institutions.
• Support student counselors with product training to boost conversions.
• Occasional branch visits to maintain relationships.

Job description

Together with Product Manager in making good selection on products regarding universities and colleges in the allocated countries and continuously seeking for new collaboration/partnership that will add value to our existing portfolio

Be a management representative and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Negotiate with partner institution for agency agreement and reasonable target along with incentive bonus

Monitoring sales progress, determine the focus and priority for sales for our partner institutions

Help student counselor (sales) to boost selling with product training

Branch visit (occasionally)

Job Requirements
