Job summary

Sparks Music in Jakarta is seeking a customer-focused Sales Consultant to understand parents' and students' music learning needs and recommend Sparks programs. You will present programs professionally, follow up with prospects, build strong relationships, and strive to meet sales targets while coordinating with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to support center growth.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, weekend availability, and a proactive Can-Do attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Direct Selling (B2C); experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, sales presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong Can-Do Attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends, with days off on weekdays (Mon–Fri).
