Role Description The Ecommerce & Reservation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa in Ubud. This position oversees all online sales channels and reservation activities to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online travel agency (OTA) listings, updating rates and availability, monitoring promotions, and ensuring accurate content across all ecommerce platforms. The Supervisor handles reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, confirms bookings, processes modifications or cancellations, and coordinates special requests with relevant departments. The role also involves monitoring reservation performance, preparing reports, training and guiding reservation team members, and collaborating with sales and marketing to optimize digital visibility and conversion.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guest personalities and internal teams.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
