TNP Group, a distributor of Mooimom, Mugu, and MomCozy products, seeks a Promotions & E-commerce Operations Specialist to drive sales on e-commerce platforms. You will manage campaigns, coordinate live streams, monitor promotions, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in e-commerce or marketplace operations, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or related field.
• Experience in the retail industry, especially mother and baby, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online promotional campaigns, and marketplace sales activities.
• Basic skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of digital market trends and sales performance analysis.
• Basic English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Manage and execute promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Monitor ongoing promotions for alignment with schedules and discount plans.
• Review promotional performance daily and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate live streaming activities, scheduling and briefings.
• Improve platform exposure via campaigns, banners, and customer messages.
• Analyze product reviews and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate product listings.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service to meet SLA.
• Prepare marketplace sales performance reports and insights for decisions.
• Analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.
• Monitor costs related to sales activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, Marketing, Product, Warehouse, Customer Service and Finance.
