Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a BA/DA — eCommerce Operations to become the regional data expert across six SEA markets, based in Thailand. The role centers on end-to-end operations analytics, working with PowerSell, the Finance Data Warehouse, and marketplace data, with a hub-and-spoke model in Vietnam and Indonesia.

You will own discovery, analysis, and insight delivery, building dashboards, reconciling numbers, and surfacing proactive insights using GenAI tools to drive pricing, margins, and KPI

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of combined experience in e-commerce operations analytics, finance analytics, business analysis, or data analysis.
• Experience bridging operations and finance reporting across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering conversations with e-commerce operations and finance stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end analytics for SKU/category performance, pricing, promotions, and P&L.
• Write SQL and build dashboards with minimal reliance on the central BI team.
• Validate and reconcile numbers across operations and finance, escalating data quality issues.
• Present insights and recommendations to country leads and regional leadership.
