Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Strong customer service mindset and honesty.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic math.
• Friendly, neat appearance and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with friendliness and courtesy.
• Explain products, prices, and product advantages to customers.
• Help customers select items according to their needs and budget.
• Arrange, organize, and maintain cleanliness of display areas and store.
• Check product availability and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Record sales and assist with payment processing at the register.
• Protect merchandise from damage and loss.
• Assist with periodic stock taking.
• Handle customer complaints and report to supervisor as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor related to store operations.
