Job summary

CV Wahyu Golden Indonesia is seeking a store sales and customer service representative to warmly greet customers, explain products, and facilitate sales in a retail setting. You will ensure neat displays, verify stock, assist with checkout, and help maintain store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent, all majors.
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Honest, thorough, and responsible
• Residence near store location preferred
• Willing to work shift systems or on holidays according to store schedule
• Neat, clean, and polite appearance
• Friendly, communicative, and able to serve customers well
• Basic numeracy and cashier operation skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Patient attitude when dealing with customers
• Experience as a shop sales assistant/store sales preferred; fresh graduates welcome
• Basic knowledge of mobile phone/computer use (WhatsApp, stock recording) valued

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain products, prices, and product advantages to customers
• Help customers select goods according to their needs and budget
• Arrange, tidy, and maintain cleanliness of display areas and the store
• Check product availability and report low or out-of-stock items
• Record sales and assist with payment processing at the cashier
• Protect goods from damage and loss
• Assist with periodic stock taking
• Handle customer complaints and report to management when necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management related to store operations
