Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help customers at our stores across Indonesia, guiding them to the best outdoor gear and ensuring an engaging shopping experience.

You will answer product questions, explain features and materials, and support end-to-end selling from arrival to purchase. Ideal candidates have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred, good communication, and willingness to work shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• It would be nice to have experience in sales/marketing (SPG/SPB).
• Customer oriented and able to work shifts, including holidays.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and ready to join immediately.
• Preferably reside near an EIGER Store across Indonesia.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB)
• Customer Oriented
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia
