CV Wahyu Golden Indonesia is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to welcome customers, explain products and pricing, and assist with POS transactions in a productive store environment.

You will maintain appealing displays, manage stock, check availability, and report low items while providing patient, helpful service and working well in a team or independently. Fresh graduates welcome.

This is a store sales and customer service role responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, explaining products and pricing, and maintaining store operations including stock management, display organization, and point-of-sale transactions.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers with friendliness and courtesy

Explain products, prices, and product advantages to customers

Help customers select items according to their needs and budget

Arrange, organize, and maintain cleanliness of display areas and store

Check product availability and report low or out-of-stock items

Record sales and assist with payment processing at the register

Protect merchandise from damage and loss

Assist with periodic stock taking

Handle customer complaints and report to supervisor as needed

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor related to store operations

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, all majors

Physically and mentally healthy

Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible

Neat, clean, and well-mannered appearance

Friendly, communicative, and able to serve customers well

Basic numeracy and ability to operate a cash register

Able to work both in a team and independently

Patient attitude when dealing with customers

Experience as a shop sales assistant/retail sales (preferred; fresh graduates welcome)

Basic knowledge of mobile phone/computer use, such as WhatsApp and stock recording (valued)

Willing to work shift system or on holidays according to store schedule

Preferably residing near store location
