Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant for our stores in Indonesia. You will engage customers, identify needs, and recommend outdoor products while delivering experiential service to drive purchases.

Key responsibilities include explaining product features and care, supporting end-to-end selling activities, and maintaining strong product knowledge. This role requires flexibility for shifts and holidays, and immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Customer oriented with a service mindset.
• Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably residing near EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB)
• Customer Oriented
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia
