Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible is seeking a Finance Officer to support finance and admin at the provincial level for INOVASI. The role collaborates with the Finance Coordinator in Jakarta and travel to INOVASI areas as needed.

The position is 12 months with the possibility of extension and is open to Indonesia nationals and permanent residents authorized to live and work in Indonesia. The incumbent will handle payments, cashbooks, budgeting support, grants review, and ensure compliance with INOVASI

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, especially in support function of large scale organization.
• Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint use and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment transactions with employee advances and petty cash.
• Archive financial documents per monthly Cashbook reports.
• Verify transactions against budgets and report discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly cash book reports with receipts and statements.
• Prepare monthly cash advance aging, BRV, and follow up settlements.
• Forecast at provincial level and report to Head Office.
• Track monthly expenditures against forecasts.
• Submit monthly cash requests to Head Office.
• Uphold zero-tolerance on bribery and corruption.
• Ensure transactions use correct GL and project codes.
• Maintain vendor database and local stakeholders.
• Assist with grants review and reporting.
• Support compliance with INOVASI and DFAT rules.
