Job summary

FL Technics Indonesia Bali invites applications for an EASA Engineer to perform and support aircraft maintenance per approved data and regulations. You will troubleshoot defects, interpret AMM/SRM/WDM/CMM, and ensure accurate technical documentation while collaborating with multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, a valid EASA Part-66 AML, relevant type ratings, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aircraft/Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Valid EASA Part-66 AML.
• EASA Type Rating, preferably B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO.
• Type training/type rating certificates from an EASA Part-147 approved MTO.
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance / MRO.
• EASA Part-145 experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and engineering documentation.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, defect investigation, and provide recommendations for maintenance findings and technical issues.
• Interpret and apply aircraft technical documentation, including AMM, SRM, WDM, CMM, and other applicable engineering publications.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records, technical reports, and engineering documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant teams.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to aircraft maintenance and engineering.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, technical publications, and aircraft maintenance requirements.

EASA ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft/Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).


• Relevant EASA Type Rating, preferably B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO.


• Type training/type rating certificates from an EASA Part-147 approved MTO.


• Relevant experience in an Aircraft Maintenance / MRO environment.


• EASA Part-145 experience is highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.


• Good command of English, both written and spoken.


• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
