Job summary

FL Technics Indonesia seeks a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer to perform and support maintenance activities in line with approved data and EASA regulations. The role involves troubleshooting, defect investigations, and applying aircraft documentation.

You will maintain accurate records, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Planning, Quality and Engineering teams, while keeping abreast of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures and documentation.
• English language skills, written and spoken.
• EASA Part-66 AML is required.
• EASA Type Ratings preferred (B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO).

Job description

Conduct troubleshooting, defect investigation, and technical assessments, and provide recommendations for maintenance findings and technical issues.

Interpret and apply aircraft technical documentation, including AMM, SRM, WDM, CMM, and other applicable engineering publications.

Ensure accurate maintenance records, technical reports, and engineering documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.

Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant teams.

Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to aircraft maintenance and engineering.

Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, technical publications, and aircraft maintenance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft/Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).

Relevant EASA Type Rating, preferably B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO.

Type training/type rating certificates from an EASA Part-147 approved MTO.

Relevant experience in Aircraft Maintenance / MRO environment.

EASA Part-145 experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
