Job summary

BBN Airlines Indonesia is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to maintain aircraft and ground equipment in accordance with approved procedures. The role includes on-board engineering support for domestic and international flights and on-call AOG support.

The ideal candidate holds an AMEL B2 rating with A320 Family and B737-NG, at least five years in maintenance, and fluent English. Proactive problem solving and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-departure, Transit, Daily/Service Check, and unscheduled maintenance per procedures
• Maintain aircraft, ground equipment, and facilities to meet airworthiness and schedules
• Ensure aircraft is dispatched in airworthy condition and properly configured
• Accompany aircraft as engineer on-board to support domestic and international flying
• Provide time-critical technical support for AOG events as needed
• Update maintenance status and defect rectification progress
• Coordinate with MCC Group for findings, rectification plans, and spare parts
• Act as Technical Representative for monitoring maintenance performed by MRO
• Perform any other task assigned by Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform Pre-departure, Transit, Daily / Service Check, and unscheduled maintenance according to approved procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining aircraft, ground equipment (including company tools and equipment), and facilities as needed to meet airworthiness standards, operating schedules, and performance standards.
• Ensure that the aircraft is dispatched for operations in an airworthy condition, properly equipped, and configured for operation maintained in accordance with aviation regulation and company procedure.
• Accompany the aircraft as engineer on-board to support aircraft flying program domestically and internationally
• Participate in providing as needed on-call support for AOG events or other situation requiring time-critical technical support.
• Update periodically about maintenance status of aircraft during maintenance, defect rectification, or AOG
• Coordination within MCC Group for any findings, rectification plan, spare required, etc.
• Assigned as Technical Representative for monitoring Maintenance Performed by MRO.
• Any other task assigned by Maintenance Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Area of Education : Aviation Engineering education background or related
• Experience : 5 years as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in English language
• Certification : AMEL B2 with A320 Family and B737-NG Rating, Have RII will be advantage
• Skills:
• Proficient in common software applications including Word and Excel.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and schematics.
