Job summary

FL Technics Indonesia seeks a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer to perform and support maintenance activities in line with approved data and EASA regulations. The role involves troubleshooting, defect investigations, and applying aircraft documentation.

You will maintain accurate records, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Planning, Quality and Engineering teams, while keeping abreast of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures and documentation.
• English language skills, written and spoken.
• EASA Part-66 AML is required.
• EASA Type Ratings preferred (B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO).

Responsibilities

• Perform and support aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with approved data and EASA regulations.
• Conduct troubleshooting, defect investigation and technical assessments, with recommendations for findings.
• Interpret and apply AMM, SRM, WDM, CMM and other engineering publications.
• Ensure accurate maintenance records and technical reports in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance and engineering.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and technical publications.
