Job summary

Permata Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented E-Replenishment specialist to manage inventory availability for its e‑commerce channels in Indonesia. You will coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and commercial teams to maintain optimal stock levels and OTIF across Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in e-commerce inventory or replenishment, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluent English for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years in E-Commerce Inventory or Fulfillment.
• Proficient in SAP GUI, OMS, and WMS systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily e-commerce stock replenishment from the main DC to platform warehouses (Shopee, Lazada, etc).
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations to maintain stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Track inventory movements, inbound orders, and delivery schedules to ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational gaps and inventory discrepancies across the supply chain.
• Monitor sales trends, campaigns, and demand forecasts to adjust replenishment buffer stocks.
• Collaborate with regional supply chain teams, warehouses, logistics partners, and commercial teams to streamline fulfillment.

Job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-Replenishment to join one of the world's leading FMCG beauty brands. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory availability, ensuring optimal stock levels across e-commerce platforms, and collaborating closely with supply chain, warehouse, and commercial teams to drive seamless e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily e-commerce stock replenishment from the main Distribution Center (DC) to various platform/enabler warehouses (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations on a day-to-day basis to maintain high stock availability and prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
• Track inventory movements, inbound orders, and delivery schedules to ensure all stock replenishments are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational gaps, delays, and inventory discrepancies across the supply chain pipeline within appropriate timelines.
• Monitor sales trends, promotional campaigns, and demand forecasts to adjust replenishment buffer stocks accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with regional supply chain teams, warehouse operators, logistics partners, and commercial teams to streamline fulfillment processes.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Inventory Management, Stock Replenishment, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations (FMCG or retail background is a plus).
• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP GUI, Order Management Systems (OMS), and e-commerce Seller Centers / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, inventory data analysis, and forecasting).
• Strong written and spoken English skills for seamless coordination with regional and cross-border supply chain teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
