Job summary

Private Company is seeking an experienced E&I Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day electrical and instrumentation activities at the site. You will ensure installations meet specifications, review technical documents, and guide contractors through field execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, monitoring progress against schedules, and supporting testing, commissioning, and safety programs. Strong leadership and Excel reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation project supervision in industrial environments.
• Strong experience supervising E&I installation and field execution activities.
• Proficient in reading Electrical & Instrumentation technical drawings.
• Good understanding of project scheduling and S-Curve for progress monitoring.
• Proven leadership and contractor management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day Electrical & Instrumentation project activities at site.
• Ensure E&I installation and construction activities follow approved specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Review technical documents and provide field direction to contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality of E&I installation and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Read and interpret Electrical and Instrumentation drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities as required.
• Coordinate daily work with Production, Maintenance, and other departments; prepare progress reports.
