Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu is seeking an E-Commerce Supervisor for a contract, on-site role in Palu. You will manage daily operations across OTA platforms and the hotel’s website, ensuring content accuracy, rate parity, and availability.

You’ll monitor performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize promotions and packages. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with hospitality e-commerce, and the ability to work on-site in Palu.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong analytical skills and experience interpreting online sales data, booking trends, and channel performance metrics.
• Candidates should have business planning capabilities, including forecasting, pricing coordination, and strategic online revenue planning.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, online partners, and guests, verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should have customer service skills to handle online guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive pre-arrival experience.
• Candidates should possess sales operations skills related to managing OTA extranets, rate and inventory updates, and implementing online promotions.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or revenue management; familiarity with hotel PMS, CRS, and OTA systems; and proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Palu, organize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Supervisor also prepares regular performance reports and supports business planning to drive revenue growth.
