Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia, is hiring an Operations Executive to monitor order flow from Seller Center to customers’ doorstep and provide day-to-day insights to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.

You will generate routine data reports, manage inventory-related issues, and coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill orders efficiently. A university degree and 1–2 years in operations or supply chain are expected, with strong data analysis as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Supply chain or related fields.
• Good attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced start-up and ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily and monthly operational data reports and analyze quantitative data.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of retail inventory management and orders.
• Develop dashboards and data analytics to generate actionable insights.
