E-commerce Specialist responsible for managing TikTok Shop and Tokopedia operations in the furniture sector. The role involves daily operational management, advertising strategy optimization, market research, creative content development, and performance analysis to drive sales and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily store operations including inventory management, pricing, and campaign registration on marketplace platforms

Develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategies through TikTok Ads Manager (LSA/VSA) and Tokopedia Marketing Solutions to achieve target performance and optimal ROAS

Conduct regular market research, analyze audience behavior, determine appropriate target segmentation for each product category, and monitor competitor activity and strategies

Develop creative ideas and strategies for content and promotional programs aligned with current trends to maintain store performance and competitiveness

Manage and optimize Affiliate programs as a supporting strategy for sales growth and store awareness

Process and analyze advertising performance and sales data into strategic reports for evaluation and discussion with team leads and management

About you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience managing TikTok Shop and Tokopedia in the furniture sector (preferred)

KOL Specialist knowledge (preferred)

Analytical and creative thinking: able to read advertising performance data and translate it into creative content ideas or promotional strategies

Deep understanding of shopping behavior on short-form video platforms (TikTok) and marketplaces (Tokopedia)

Understanding of inventory management and platform campaign regulations

Resilient and proactive mindset: ready for sudden algorithm changes, solution-oriented, and able to be a critical discussion partner for the team lead

Able to work both as part of a team and independently

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/WPS Office
