Job summary

PT. LENSA HERO HOUSE is seeking an E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations Specialist based in Banten. You will manage daily store operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada, optimize product listings, monitor pricing, stock, and variations, and design promotional campaigns to grow revenue. Strong Excel skills and data analysis are essential for reporting and improving performance.

Minimum SMA/SMK education with at least 1 year in e-commerce is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK, preferably D3/S1.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operation.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Understand the use of Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and other marketplace systems.
• Able to manage product uploads and updates, stock, prices, variations, descriptions, and product information.
• Understand marketplace promotion mechanisms such as Flash Sale, Voucher, Campaign, Bundling, Discount, and Store Promo.
• Understand basic use of Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, TopAds, or other marketplace advertising.
• Master Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, especially for processing and analyzing sales data.
• Able to read and analyze data such as revenue, number of orders, traffic, conversion rate, advertising costs, and product performance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores across various marketplace platforms
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings to be more attractive and easily discoverable by potential customers
• Ensure prices, stock, variations, descriptions, photos, and product information are always accurate
• Monitor stock and product prices regularly
• Create and implement marketplace promotion programs such as vouchers, campaigns, flash sales, bundling, and other promo programs
• Help manage and evaluate marketplace advertising performance
• Monitor store and product performance based on sales data and marketplace indicators
• Create and process various data related to sales, orders, products, promotions, advertising, and store performance
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and marketplace performance
• Conduct analysis of products with high and low performance
