Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Merchandiser in Indonesia to manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and optimize product performance across retail stores.

You will develop allocation plans based on sales forecasts, market trends, and store capacity, analyze sales data with dashboards, and collaborate with departments on product strategies and promotions. Travel to business locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Min. education of a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser or in a relevant position in retail companies.
• Proficient in operating Office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT.
• Familiarity with SAP system operations is preferred.
• Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, strong ability to work hard and withstand pressure.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling stock levels, coordinating replenishment activity, and adjusting according to product performance.
• Develop and execute inventory allocation plans to storesbased on sales forecasts, demand, market trends, store capacity, and inventory levels to maximize product availability and sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance to monitor product popularity and adjust allocations and replenishment strategies. Identify product performance issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct data analysis based on store and product dimensions, presented in the form of dashboards, data tables, and presentations to support business decisions.
• Evaluate competitors, including pricing, profitability, marketing strategies, and market developments.
• Create sales forecasts and demand predictions based on historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Work with other departments to understand product strategies, seasonal plans, and promotional activities.
