Job summary

PT Quiksilver Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager, Merchandise Planning to drive inventory and sales planning for Full Price and Clearance, collaborating with Brand, Finance, and Sales to manage Open-to-Buy budgets, forecasts, inventory allocation, and store assortment planning.

The role demands strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen to translate data into actionable decisions that boost sales growth, inventory productivity, and profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience : 5-7 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Retail Analytics.
• Experience working within a retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer goods environment is highly preferred.
• Previous experience at an Analyst or Senior Analyst level with readiness to operate at Assistant Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales forecasts across Full Price and Clearance channels to support business objectives and inventory optimization.
• Monitor business performance and recommend planning strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets.
• Analyze historical sales trends, inventory productivity, and market performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and Brand teams to plan and manage OTB budgets.
• Ensure inventory purchases are aligned with financial targets, sales forecasts, and business priorities.
• Track and report OTB utilization, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
