Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee) and marketplace tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with product catalog management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Manage product listings across platforms with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
• Analyze performance metrics and consumer data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and product launches across digital channels.
• Oversee inventory management and fulfillment efficiency on marketplaces.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Manage customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience and repeat business.
• Monitor conversion, AOV, and CAC with A/B testing and optimizations.
• Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with platform policies and best practices.
