Job summary

Atelli Furniture Interior is seeking an ambitious E-Commerce Specialist to grow our online store performance across traffic, sales, and customer retention. You will manage marketplace campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to boost conversion and repeat purchases.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Meta and TikTok ads, strong analytics, content creation, and collaboration with influencers. Join us to drive growth of our furniture brand online.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other marketplace platforms.
• Experienced in Marketplace Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, ACOS, and GMV.
• Good analytical, reporting, and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and target-driven.
• Experience with affiliate/KOL campaigns and marketplace SEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, Lazada Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Conduct keyword research and optimize ad performance
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
• Optimize marketplace SEO on product titles, descriptions, and images
• Improve store appearance, product listings, and copywriting to increase conversion
• Plan and execute promotions such as vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and campaigns
• Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Manage CRM activities, customer reviews, and retention programs
• Prepare performance reports on traffic, conversion, GMV, ACOS, and repeat orders
