Job summary

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk is seeking an e-commerce category manager to plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns for beauty care and food & beverage products. You will collaborate with platforms to secure visibility, support campaigns, and drive sales.

You will manage our product portfolio, ensure accurate pricing, update listings, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong skills in category management, promotional planning and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and resilience to adapt to dynamic e-commerce demands.

Responsibilities

• Category management: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with e-commerce platforms to secure visibility and support for campaigns.
• Analyze promotional performance and implement improvements.
• Product management: update listings, ensure accurate pricing, and optimize content.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support availability and inventory.
