Job summary

PT Eze Cantika Indonesia is seeking a junior E-commerce Assistant to help manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Tokopedia, and other platforms. You will assist in improving titles, descriptions, pricing, promotions, and visuals to boost conversion and sales.

You will support campaign planning, promotional events, and voucher programs, while monitoring performance across channels to provide actionable insights for the team.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of promotion, pricing, and sales planning.
• Basic understanding with e-commerce marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Support in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Support in optimizing product titles, descriptions, pricing, promotions, bundles, and visuals to increase conversion rates and sales.
• Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and voucher programs.
• Help monitor and analyze e-commerce, livestream, and affiliate performance to gather actionable insights.
• Support prepare summary and performance reports under the guidance of the E-Commerce team.
• Support in optimizing campaign and paid ads performance across all e-commerce platforms.
