Job summary

Soothe Operator is an early-stage consumer health OTC brand in Indonesia preparing for launch. You will own the growth engine for e-commerce, shaping launch strategy on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, with responsibility for budgets, ROAS, and scaling initiatives.

You will build and lead the in-house performance team, work closely with founders, and help shape market entry across platforms while mastering marketplace dynamics and business development tasks.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop for a D2C brand, e-commerce brand, marketplace-focused business, or e-commerce enabler.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market for the business on launch
• Own end-to-end platform operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop) and campaigns
• Run ads and CPAS/Meta ads; manage budgets and ROAS
• Lead growth to monthly GMV targets and build scaling playbooks
• Hire and develop in-house performance team as we grow
• Build direct platform relationships to unlock programs and features
• Assist in market research and marketing materials for stakeholders
