Key responsibilities

Prepare and process food according to recipes, quality standards, and KOMA SOP

Perform ingredient preparation (mise en place) and ensure kitchen operational needs are available

Maintain quality, taste, cleanliness, and consistency of products

Store and handle food materials according to standards

Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work area and kitchen equipment

Support smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy operating hours

Collaborate with kitchen and service team

Comply with work schedule, SOP, and company regulations

About you
