Job summary

BATIQA Hotel is seeking a sales professional to drive business across its Jakarta properties. The role focuses on securing meetings, accommodation and F&B opportunities while coordinating with units under the corporate office to ensure brand consistency and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive, independent but collaborative work ethic with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
