PT Gyoen Boga Lestari is seeking a Sales Manager for SIKI, a modern Japanese dining destination in Nusa Dua. The role focuses on developing sales strategies to boost revenue and brand presence, while building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, and event organizers.

The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities, manage group bookings and events, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance guest experiences.

SIKI is a modern Japanese dining destination in Nusa Dua, blending Japanese artistry with Balinese hospitality in a premium beachfront setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hotels, event organizers, and partners

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Handle group bookings, events, and partnership collaborations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize guest experience

• Represent SIKI at networking events and business meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Manager or similar role in hospitality/F&B industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good networking and client relationship skills

• Familiar with Bali hospitality market is a plus
