Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hotels, event organizers, and partners

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Handle group bookings, events, and partnership collaborations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize guest experience

• Represent SIKI at networking events and business meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Manager or similar role in hospitality/F&B industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good networking and client relationship skills

• Familiar with Bali hospitality market is a plus
