Job summary

PT. Teknologi Perdana Indonesia is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our Dumai operations. You will build strong relationships with local stakeholders, plan monthly advertising campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, budgeted, and effective executions.

You will also manage the local office and lead a small team toward clear goals and measurable outcomes. You will track performance through KPIs and revenue, sharing progress with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and performance reporting.
• Ability to plan advertising campaigns and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local stakeholders to coordinate promotional activities and support smooth daily operations.
• Plan and deliver monthly advertising campaigns tailored to the local market and coordinate with internal teams for approvals, budgeting, execution and evaluation.
• Oversee office operations and lead the local team, setting goals, responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Track business and team performance by reviewing KPIs and revenue; identify trends and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Share regular updates and reports on campaign results, operational matters and progress toward targets with stakeholders.
