Job summary

PT Green Structure Industries in Batam Kota, Riau Islands, seeks a Drafter to produce detailed architectural drawings and plans to support design and construction projects. You will work on diverse projects based in Batam.

You should have a Diploma or degree in architectural drafting, be proficient in AutoCAD, and comfortable collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers. English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architectural drafting or related design discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
• Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural drafting or similar design role.
• Ability to speak English would be an advantage.

As a Drafter at PT Green Structure Industries, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the company's design and construction projects. You will work on a variety of stimulating projects based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands.

Key responsibilities

Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design requirements and translate them into technical drawings

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications

Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes

Maintain accurate documentation and project records

Support the broader design and construction process as needed

About you
