Job summary

You should have a Diploma or degree in architectural drafting, be proficient in AutoCAD, and comfortable collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers. English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architectural drafting or related design discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
• Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural drafting or similar design role.
• Ability to speak English would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
• Support the broader design and construction process as needed.
