Job summary

PT ANUGRAH PURI PERTIWI is seeking a skilled Building Project Drafter to create and update shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP work on building projects. You will convert design drawings into detailed, field-executable working drawings and ensure coordination across disciplines.

You will revise drawings per meetings, site instructions, and design changes, verify dimensions on site when required, and produce accurate as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a building project drafter.
• Must master AutoCAD 2D.
• Able to use SketchUp; Revit capability is an added value.
• Able to read design drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings.
• Experienced in creating shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Understand construction details, scales, and dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and update shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP work
• Develop design drawings into detailed working drawings executable in the field
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines to avoid conflicts
• Create section details, floor plans, elevations, and connection details
• Revise drawings based on meetings, site instructions, and design changes
• Verify dimensions at the project site when required
• Organize and archive drawing revisions systematically
• Produce as-built drawings based on actual completed work
