Job summary

PT. DRACO INTERNASIONAL is seeking a Fire System Drafter to prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for fire protection systems in construction projects. You will ensure coordination with other disciplines and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Key requirements include a Diploma in Engineering, 2–3 years of fire system drafting experience, mandatory Revit proficiency, and strong AutoCAD skills. The role is Batam-based and requires working on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Fire System Drafter.
• Mandatory proficiency in Revit for Fire Protection BIM modeling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings.
• Good understanding of fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant systems, and fire safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 2D and 3D Fire Protection System drawings and BIM models (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Pump) using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with other MEP disciplines and support clash detection processes.
• Review, revise, and update drawings based on design changes, coordination results, and site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and technical documentation.
• Provide drafting support to Fire System Engineers and project teams.

Job Summary
The Fire System Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for fire protection systems in construction projects. This role ensures all drawings are well-coordinated, up to date, and compliant with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop 2D and 3D Fire Protection System drawings and BIM models (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Pump) using Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.

Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Coordinate drawings with other MEP disciplines and support clash detection processes.

Review, revise, and update drawings based on design changes, coordination results, and site conditions.

Maintain organized records of drawings and technical documentation.

Provide drafting support to Fire System Engineers and project teams.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or related field).

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Fire System Drafter, preferably in construction projects.

Mandatory proficiency in Revit for Fire Protection BIM modeling.

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings.

Good understanding of fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant systems, and fire safety standards.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
