Job summary

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is seeking a Drafter with at least 1 year of experience in Civil/Architectural drafting. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit and MS Excel, with ability to produce structural, architectural, and interior drawings for design & build projects.

The successful candidate will prepare shop drawings, handle as-built drawings, and coordinate with site engineers and project managers. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience, based in West Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven working experience as Drafter minimum 1 year.
• Preferably experienced in Design & Build projects and multi-scope coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Ms Excel, Revit or other relevant software.
• Able to prepare structural shop drawings (foundation, sloof, columns, beams, slabs).
• Able to produce architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations).
• Experienced in interior drawings (custom/built-in furniture & finishing details).
• Understand technical drawings for ceiling, flooring, walls, and façade.
• Basic understanding of MEP drawings: Mechanical (HVAC, ducting, exhaust), Electrical (lighting, panels, cable trays), Plumbing (clean water, wastewater, sanitary)
• Able to produce shop drawings and basic diagrams.
• Strong communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise shop drawings (Structural, Architectural, and standard MEP)
• Produce as-built drawings
• Adjust drawings based on actual site conditions
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers
• Prepare drawings for approval, tender, and construction purposes
• Maintain drawing files in a well-organized and structured manner
