Job summary

PT JAN MEI ALUMINIUM INDONESIA seeks an Architectural Detailed Designer specializing in doors, windows, curtain walls and railings.

You will interpret construction drawings and independently complete full sets of detailed construction drawings, joint detail drawings, fabrication drawings and project renderings for window, door, curtain wall and railing projects, ensuring the drawings can be directly adopted for factory production and on-site construction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software and able to produce detailed construction drawings.
• Able to read complete sets of architectural construction drawings.
• Experience creating drawings and renderings for doors, windows, curtain walls and railings.
• Strong client communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete full sets of detailed construction drawings, joint detail drawings, fabrication drawings and renderings.
• Interpret construction drawings for architectural windows, doors, curtain walls and railings as well as civil drawings.
• Ensure drawings can be directly used for factory production and on-site construction.
• Coordinate with clients on design requirements, specifications and revisions.
• Standardize and file project drawings, manage version updates, and support production docking.

Job description

Architectural Detailed Designer specializing in doors, windows, curtain walls, and railings. The role involves accurately interpreting construction drawings and civil construction drawings, and independently completing full sets of detailed construction drawings, joint detail drawings, fabrication drawings and project renderings for window, door, curtain wall and railing projects, ensuring the drawings can be directly adopted for factory production and on-site construction.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately interpret construction drawings for architectural windows, doors, curtain walls and railings as well as civil construction drawings
• Independently complete full set of detailed construction drawings, joint detail drawings, fabrication drawings and project renderings
• Ensure drawings can be directly adopted for factory production and on-site construction
• Communicate with clients to clarify design requirements, technical specifications and revision feedback
• Clearly present design proposals and efficiently finish drawing revision, optimization and technical disclosure
• Cooperate with construction progress of door, window and curtain wall projects across Indonesia
• Follow up the whole process of drawing implementation, production docking and on-site construction
• Timely solve technical problems of drawings arising from production and construction
• Standardize and sort out project technical documents including detailed drawings, renderings and change records
• Complete filing and version update of project drawings

About you

• Proficient in CAD software
• Well-versed in drawing specifications for windows, doors, curtain walls and railings
• Capable of accurately reading complete sets of architectural construction drawings
• Able to independently produce construction detail drawings and renderings for relevant projects
• Fluent in Chinese, with communicative competence in English or Indonesian
• Able to accept overseas on-site stationing and mobile working arrangements
• Good communication and docking skills for client cooperation
• Rigorous and meticulous in work with strong sense of responsibility
• Good pressure resistance, executive ability and team cooperation spiritProfessional experience in engineering design and drawing detailing preferred
