Job summary
PT Tsang Trading is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our architecture team on a contract basis in Pondok Aren, Banten. Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and documentation
- Fluency in English
- Architecture diploma or degree
- Previous experience as architectural drafter is valued
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation using CAD software
- Convert sketches into to-scale drawings meeting industry standards
- Develop construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and company standards
- Coordinate with architects and senior design staff to refine drawings
- Maintain drawing records and manage revisions through project phases
