Job summary

Xiaomi seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead store operations across Central Java-West and West Java-North, including Xiaomi Stores and Authorized Stores. You will drive sales plans, brand initiatives, and market expansion in your territory.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years working experience in retail industry
• More than 3 years of regional management experience
• Bachelor degree or above
• English may be used as a working language

Responsibilities

• Area Operation and Coordination: responsible for operation and management of Xiaomi stores in the area, formulate sales plans and promote sales targets
• Area Operation Management: ensure daily operation standards, oversee market activities and enhance brand image
• Area Team Management: manage the area team, empower and develop staff, build a talent pipeline
• Area Retailer Communication: maintain communication with national new retail platform and coordinate area business development
• Area Planning & Expansion: plan area store systems and cooperate with expansion to meet goals
