Qualifications

Job description

• Ensure all store employees comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Conduct regular operational audits and inspections covering financial transactions, employee integrity, product availability, visual merchandising, promotional execution, company assets, and employee discipline.
• Conduct investigations into potential employee misconduct, integrity violations, and breaches of company policies.
• Develop and manage store manpower planning to ensure optimal workforce allocation and operational efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of store operational reports, including: Goods receiving reports, Store sales reports, Store sales performance analysis.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure the availability, completeness, and proper maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and company assets.
• Monitor the utilization and condition of store assets to ensure they are properly maintained and safeguarded.
• Proactively identify and propose initiatives to improve store sales performance.
• Develop practical ideas and strategies to enhance store productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments to address store operational requirements and resolve business-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate necessary follow-up actions to maintain proper inventory control.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and sales management.
• Experience in managing store teams and overseeing operational compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and store reporting.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) principles and implementation.
• Strong selling skills and product knowledge.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock-taking procedures.
• Good analytical skills, particularly in reviewing store sales performance and operational reports.
