Job summary

PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia invites experienced consultants to drive manufacturing transformation projects across industries. Lead business analysis, To-Be design, and digital transformation, while guiding project delivery at client sites and coordinating with solution teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in manufacturing consulting, strong PM skills, and fluency in business English.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing Consulting with focus on supply chain, digital transformation or operations excellence.
Experience in discrete manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, machinery, high-tech manufacturing, or FMCG.
Experience in business transformation areas including sales, marketing, SCM and production control.
Strong project management skills with experience managing consulting teams and client stakeholders.
Excellent in logical thinking and documentation in PowerPoint.
Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with senior management and C-level executives.
Business-level English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Prior experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred.
Experience in proposal development, client relationship management and business development activities is highly preferred.
Experience leading end-to-end consulting or ERP implementation projects (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
Experience in data analysis such as market analysis, SCM data analysis, etc.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Lead business analysis, To-Be Design, process transformation and digital transformation for clients in manufacturing industries; project management at client site; bridge solution and development teams to convey business requirements.
Business development: analyze clients' business, identify opportunities for consulting services, develop proposals and close deals.
Organization Management: guide subordinate consultants and support group leadership in KPI reporting.
