Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Consulting professional to lead business analysis, design To-Be processes, and drive digital transformation for clients in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, electronics, and FMCG. The role requires project management at client sites, workshop facilitation with senior management, and strong English proficiency.

ERP/SAP S/4HANA experience and prior consulting firm experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of manufacturing consulting experience.
Strong experience in discrete manufacturing industries (automotive, electronics, FMCG, etc).
Experience in business transformation (Sales, Marketing and SCM).
Strong project management with consulting teams and client stakeholders.
Excellent logical thinking.
Ability to facilitate workshops with senior management and C-level executives.
Business-level English communication mandatory.
Prior consulting firm experience preferred.
Experience leading end-to-end consulting or ERP projects (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
Experience in data analysis (e.g., market analysis, SCM data analysis).
