Qualifications

• Strong leadership, fast learner, solution oriented, proactive and presentable with good communication and reporting skills.
• Logical thinker with own opinions and proactive in improving daily work and teamwork.
• Experience in consulting or finance, IT/operations transformation knowledge.
• Experience in overall project management with ability to discuss with clients at equivalent level.
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams proactively, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery of IT and operational transformation projects.
• Monitor project health and provide clear progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Analyze data, form hypotheses, and propose actionable issue resolutions and monitoring approaches.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Foster collaboration among internal teams and external parties.
• Ensure adherence to ABeam Project Management methodology.
• Mentor team members and encourage skill development, including AI adaptation.
