Qualifications

• Experience in Consulting or Finance industry with focus on operation and IT transformation.
• Experience in end-to-end project management (business requirements, IT and operations).
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze data and form logical hypotheses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients at senior level.
• Integrity, curiosity and willingness to learn as a professional consultant.
• Participation in pre-sales activities to contribute to new business.
• Proficient in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Visualize business operation, identify pain points, and define optimal operation from data.
• Propose issue resolution, solution and monitoring approach logically.
• Initiate and facilitate meetings between Client & Vendors to accelerate decisions.
• Ensure smoothness of the project proactively.
• Collaborate with partners and maintain good communication.
• Foster good communication and atmosphere among Project Teams.
• Standardize project deliverables based on ABeam Project management methodology.
• Keep learning and developing new skills, and encourage team members' skills development.
