This opportunity is based in Indonesia and offers the chance to provide strategic, technical, and commercial leadership across Data & AI, driving large-scale transformation programmes and senior client engagements.

Position Overview

Lead the delivery of complex Data & AI transformation programmes while shaping strategic direction for clients and the organisation.
Drive business growth, innovation, and technical excellence through leadership of multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Data & AI projects and transformation programmes, ensuring strong delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on Data & AI strategy, use cases, technology decisions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and related disciplines.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on Data & AI topics.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable Data & AI solutions.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, modern data platforms, and Cloud technologies.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, solution design, account growth, and new service offerings.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new Data & AI engagements.
• Mentor and develop Data & AI talent while strengthening overall technical and consulting capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's Data & AI practice, methodologies, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience across Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Strategy, Technology Consulting, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading complex Data & AI projects, transformation programmes, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing experience, including engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals, solution design, account growth, or new Data & AI offerings.
• Experience within consulting or professional services would be highly desirable.
• Experience building or scaling a Data, Analytics, AI, or technology practice would be an advantage.
• Experience leading regional or multicultural teams and working across multiple industries or complex enterprise environments would be an advantage.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of the broader Data & AI ecosystem, with deeper expertise in one or more relevant technical areas.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business challenges and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to Generative AI and the development or industrialisation of AI solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with major Cloud and data ecosystems such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake would be advantageous.
• Experience across Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.
• Strong capability in solution design, transformation roadmaps, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
