Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, drive, and oversee end-to-end projects spanning data governance, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will coordinate diverse teams and ensure projects align with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in data/AI projects. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science/Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing at least 3 full-cycle projects (data governance, AI, analytics).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• AI-related certifications or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT/Data projects end-to-end.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate data governance, data analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead and oversee AI-related projects, ensuring business-technical alignment and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigations.
• Prepare project status reports and update management and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Maintain effective communication across all teams and stakeholders.
