Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
• Experience with leading consulting firms or recognised boutiques is desirable.
• Experience delivering projects in technology, digital transformation, data, or AI.
• Experience across industries and with multidisciplinary or cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI consulting engagements from scope to implementation.

Position Overview

Lead strategic Data & AI consulting engagements, helping clients define transformation priorities and implement impactful technology solutions.
Drive business value by translating complex challenges into actionable strategies, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI consulting engagements, from defining client challenges and project scope through strategy, recommendation, and implementation.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and assessments to identify key challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps across AI adoption, data transformation, automation, and digital innovation.
• Conduct structured research and business analysis to solve complex strategic and operational challenges.
• Translate business requirements into practical Data & AI use cases, initiatives, and transformation plans.
• Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, data engineers, and technology teams to develop practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure projects deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding client challenges and translating them into consulting proposals.
• Lead and support project teams through coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day project management.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with strong exposure to client-facing consulting engagements.
• Previous experience with a leading consulting firm or recognised consulting boutique is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering projects related to technology, digital transformation, data, or AI.
• Experience working across different industries and with multidisciplinary or cross-cultural teams.
• Must already be based and working in the local market with valid work authorisation.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of AI applications, machine learning, automation, and/or data strategy, with practical project exposure highly desirable.
• Strong consulting capabilities across problem structuring, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project management.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology challenges into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data environments would be an advantage.
• Experience developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases across AI, data, and digital initiatives.
