Mastercard is seeking a Director of Consumer Marketing to lead Indonesia's consumer marketing and media strategy. The role focuses on digital marketing, social media execution, and sponsorship activation to strengthen brand preference and card usage in the Indonesia market.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure campaigns align with regulatory guidelines and regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 12+ years in progressive consumer marketing, leading brand, digital and media programs.
• Proven leadership, agency management, and budget delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Indonesia Consumer Marketing and Media channel strategies to drive Mastercard brand preference and usage.
• Oversee digital marketing, including mobile and emerging tech initiatives; develop multi-channel targeting.
• Develop social content and manage publishing calendar; leverage sponsorship assets to drive share with customers and cardholders.
