Job summary

Mastercard Indonesia is seeking a Director of Consumer Marketing to lead Indonesia's consumer marketing and media strategies. You will drive brand preference and usage across key channels and partner ecosystems.

You will oversee digital marketing innovations, multi-channel campaigns, social content, sponsorship assets, and B2B2C programs with issuers, ensuring impactful outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
12+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies.
Strong strategic planning and end-to-end campaign leadership.
Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing (paid social, search, programmatic, CRM).
Experience developing issuer/co-brand and partner marketing programs (B2B2C).
Strong media and communications expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead Indonesia Consumer Marketing and Media channel strategies to drive Mastercard brand preference and usage.
Drive innovation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing across mobile and emerging tech.
Develop social media content and manage our social publishing calendar.
Leverage Mastercard assets to drive preference and create new domestic-market assets.
Develop B2B2C best practices and deliver campaigns with issuers at scale.
